Higrow Industries

At B-1/45, Safdarjung Enclave, you’ll find the office for Higrow Industries. It’s tucked into a residential-looking area, which makes it a bit quieter than being on a main road. We’re mostly focused on the industrial side of things, even if the building looks a bit like a house from the outside. Inside, it’s definitely a workspace. We have desks crammed with files and a few computers that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and manufacturers. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find a glossy brochure. We just write things down on pads and keep track of everything in our own way. The staff here is small, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One minute you’re answering the door, and the next you’re checking a technical drawing. We have a small kitchen where we make tea, and that’s usually where the best conversations happen. Safdarjung Enclave is a nice part of Delhi, but we don’t get much time to walk around. We’re usually too busy making sure the production schedules are being met. It’s practical, everyday work. We don't try to sound like a giant corporation. We’re just a small team trying to keep our clients happy and our orders moving through the system without too many delays or mistakes in the paperwork.
