High School Bercha Datar

You can find us at 2/108 in Mehrauli, Delhi. High School Bercha Datar is tucked away in this historic part of the city. The area is full of old buildings and narrow lanes, which gives the school a very specific feel. We have been operating out of this address for quite a while now. The building is an old one, with thick walls and high ceilings that help a bit with the Delhi heat in the summer. Our classrooms are basic, filled with wooden desks that have seen better days but still do the job. We do not have much in the way of high-tech gadgets; it is more about textbooks and blackboards here. The local kids walk to school, and you can see them gathering near the entrance every morning. There is always a bit of chaos when school starts and when it ends for the day. We have a small staff that manages everything from teaching to the administrative work. The office is usually stacked with registers and old files. Sometimes the monkeys from the nearby trees come onto the roof and make a lot of noise. It is just part of being in Mehrauli. We do not have a big fancy entrance, just a regular door that leads into our world. It is a simple place where we go about our business day after day. Most people in the neighborhood know us just by our location and the noise of the school bell.
