Hidayath School

We are located at D 96 in the Subhram Complex over in Munirka. If you’ve ever been to Munirka, you know how the streets are, always people moving and things happening. Our school is tucked into the complex there. It’s a practical space. We have our classrooms set up with whatever we could fit in. Each morning starts with the sound of students arriving and finding their spots. We go through the books and the lessons one by one. The walls have some charts on them and maybe a bit of dust here and there because the city air is like that. We spend our time working through the curriculum and making sure the kids stay focused on their tasks. It’s not a quiet place, especially with the traffic outside, but we’ve all gotten used to it. The desks are simple and the floors are easy to sweep at the end of the day. We don’t have a lot of corporate polish here. It’s just us, the teachers, and the students trying to get through the school year. Sometimes the fans make a bit of noise while they’re spinning, and the stairs up to our floor can be a bit of a climb. But it’s where we work and where the local families send their children. We just take it day by day and keep the focus on the learning and the daily routine of a neighborhood school that has been here for years.
