Hg Retail Solution P Ltd is based out of G.D. Tiwari’s place, House No. 396/A in Mahipalpur. It’s a bit of a residential area in New Delhi, but it’s where we’ve set up our operations. It’s not a big corporate office with glass walls; it’s more like a home that’s been turned into a workspace. We handle retail solutions, which mostly means we’re constantly looking at spreadsheets and talking to different shops. Mahipalpur is right near the airport, so there’s always the sound of planes overhead and a lot of movement in the streets. Our space is filled with computers and files, and we usually have a pot of tea going for anyone who stops by. We don't have a big fancy sign outside. We just know our neighbors and do our work quietly. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, and we just have to wait it out or find something else to do. It’s just the reality of working here. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just trying to provide decent retail services and keep our clients happy. The team is small, mostly just a handful of people who live nearby. We like the fact that it’s a bit more informal. It makes the long hours a bit easier to handle when you’re working in a place that feels more like home.
