Hemford Vidyalaya & Play School

We are located at A-153 in the Kondli area of Delhi. It’s a residential part of the city, and our play school fits right into the neighborhood. The pin code is 110096. Our building is a typical house that has been converted into a school space. We have a small yard at the front where we’ve put some slides and a swing. The paint on the swing is a bit faded from the sun, but it still works fine. Inside, we’ve used every bit of space we have. There are alphabet charts and number posters taped to the walls. Some of the tape is peeling, but the kids don't seem to mind. We spend our mornings greeting parents at the gate and helping the little ones settle in. The kitchen is small, but it’s where we prepare the snacks and tea for the staff. We don't have a team of cleaners; we mostly do a lot of the tidying ourselves throughout the day. It feels more like a home than a formal institution. You might hear a dog barking next door or the sound of someone's television during the day. It’s just how Kondli is. We try to keep things simple and safe for everyone. There’s no big corporate office behind us, just a few people who show up every morning to look after the kids and make sure they have something to do while their parents are away. It’s busy, but it’s a good kind of busy.
