Heights Exports Pvt. Ltd. is situated at R Z- A-100 in Sita Puri Part-1, right off Pankha Road. If you have ever been on Pankha Road, you know how the traffic can get stuck for a long time. We have been in this part of Delhi for many years. Our office is really just a simple room where we keep all our logs and handle the daily tasks. It is a family-run business and we do not have a big staff. We spend a lot of our hours making sure that the export documents are filled out right. One small mistake can cause a lot of trouble at the shipping port, so we have to be careful. My uncle was the one who started this company, and now we are just keeping it going. The street outside can get quite muddy when the rains come, so we are always telling people to watch their step when they come inside. We are not some big corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just us and a few helpers who move the boxes around. We deal with textiles and various small goods mostly. Every morning starts with some tea and a look at the schedule. Sometimes the internet connection is very slow, which makes it hard to send out emails on time. It is a bit frustrating, but that is just life here. We like Sita Puri because the neighbors are good people and it feels like home.
