You can find us at 88 D A Pocket in Dilshad Garden. Hastie Engg has been operating from this corner of Delhi for several years now. It’s a residential area mostly, so it stays a bit quieter than the main roads, which we like. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a room with some desks and a lot of engineering manuals. We started this because we liked fixing things and figuring out how they work. It’s not a corporate setup at all. Usually, you’ll find me or one of the guys with coffee in hand, looking over some drawings. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. We just rely on doing the work properly. People in Dilshad Garden know we are here if something needs a technical eye. It’s a small operation, and that’s how we prefer it. We don't have layers of management to deal with. If there’s a problem, we just talk about it and find a solution. Sometimes we stay late when a project gets complicated, but that’s just part of the job. We aren't trying to be the biggest engineering firm in Delhi. We just want to be the ones who actually get the job done right. It’s a bit of a cramped space sometimes, especially when we have parts laying around, but it’s our space and it works for us. We just take things one day at a time.
