Harsit Convent School

You can find Harsit Convent School over at E 1054 in the Palam Extension area. We are tucked into Dwarka Sector 7, which is a pretty residential part of Delhi. The school is housed in a building that fits right in with the rest of the neighborhood houses. It’s not a huge campus with multiple wings, but it serves the purpose for the local families living around here perfectly fine. We have kids of different ages coming in every morning, mostly walking from the nearby blocks or being dropped off on scooters. The atmosphere is usually pretty quiet inside compared to the main roads outside the extension. We spend our days going through the usual school subjects and making sure the kids stay on track with their exams and homework. The staff here are just regular people who care about teaching the kids well. We don't have flashy statues or huge signs at the front, just a simple entrance where the kids gather before the day starts. Sometimes the narrow streets make it hard for bigger cars to pass, so most people just walk or use cycles to get here. Inside, the classrooms are filled with charts and drawings the kids made during their art lessons. It’s a bit lived-in, but that’s because we use the space every single day of the week. We don’t try to be anything we aren't. It’s just a place for learning and growing up. We see these kids grow from year to year. It's a steady life.
