Hari Om English School

We’ve been running Hari Om English School here in Janakpuri C Block for quite some time now. It’s a busy little spot at C 256, right in the middle of the residential neighborhood. Most people around here know us because their kids or their neighbor's kids come here every morning for their lessons. It gets pretty loud when the bell rings for break time, but that’s just how it is when you're around a school. We focus on the basics, making sure the students actually understand what they're reading and writing. The building isn't huge, but we make the most of every single room we have. Delhi can be a bit overwhelming with all the noise, so we try to keep things grounded and calm inside our gates. Teachers come in early to get their boards ready, and sometimes parents drop by just to chat about how things are going at home with the kids. It’s not just about textbooks; it’s about the daily routine and keeping the kids busy with something useful. We’ve seen a lot of faces come and go over the years. Some of our old students even come back to visit when they’re older, which is always nice to see. It’s just a regular school trying to do right by the families in this part of Delhi. Nothing fancy, just desks, boards, and lots of learning every day. We keep the gates open during drop-off and pick-up, and you’ll always see a few of us standing out front to keep an eye on things. It’s just how we operate.
