Hansraj Samarak Senior Sec School

Located at C 4 in the Dda Flats of Rohini, Hansraj Samarak is a senior secondary school that has been part of the furniture here for many years. Being in a residential area like Rohini, Delhi - 110085, means we are right in the middle of where our students live. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day long, from passing cars to people going about their business. The school building is not a skyscraper; it is a practical structure that fits into the DDA layout. We have kids coming in for their senior years, so there is always a lot of talk about exams and what they will do after they finish. The hallways get very crowded between periods, and you will see teachers carrying large stacks of notebooks to be checked. We do not go for anything overly polished or corporate here. The desks have some scratches and the walls have been painted many times over the years. It feels like a real school should feel. Parents often drop by to talk about their kids' progress or just to check on things. We have a small yard where the students gather in the mornings. It is a bit of a squeeze sometimes, but it works for us. Everyone in the area knows the C 4 block, so we are easy to find. We just focus on getting through the school year and helping the students with their lessons.
