Handicraft World

Handicraft World is located in Janakpuri, specifically at Plot Number 9B in Block C-4D. We are quite near Bharti College, so we often see students walking past our windows. Our shop is a bit of a mix of everything. We collect and sell various handmade items that we find interesting or useful. It’s a small space, and we’ve tried to make use of every inch of the walls to display things. You’ll find wooden carvings, fabrics, and small trinkets scattered all over. It’s not the most organized shop in the world, and sometimes it takes us a minute to find a specific item if it’s been moved. We like the smell of the wood and the materials we have in here. It’s much better than working in a sterile office. People from the college or the local neighborhood often drop in just to browse. We don't push anyone to buy anything; we’re happy to let people just look around. The street outside can get a bit loud with traffic, but once you step inside, it feels a lot quieter. We don't spend money on big ads or fancy signs. Most of our visitors come by word of mouth. It’s just a simple place where we enjoy being surrounded by things made by hand. We’ve been in this part of Janakpuri for a good while, and we like the community here. It’s a good way to spend the day.
