Down here at the Saket office on Ashoka Road, things stay pretty busy throughout the week. Haldiram Exports Pvt Ltd is more about the logistics and making sure the snacks get where they need to go. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking lists of what’s leaving the warehouse. It’s not like a regular shop where people just walk in to buy a packet of bhujia. We are more behind the scenes here in DLF Place. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks and we have to stay late to clear it all out. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks, computers, and a lot of boxes moving around. We have a small team and everyone knows their job. Some of us have been here for years, so we don't need to talk much to get things done. Saket is a crowded area, so getting deliveries in and out can be a real headache with the traffic. We just deal with it. You might see our trucks moving around early in the morning when the roads are a bit clearer. It is mostly about keeping the export side of the business running without too many mistakes. We make mistakes sometimes, like a wrong label or a late shipment, but we fix them and move on. It is just everyday work for us. We drink a lot of chai to keep going during the long afternoons.
