Gyanodaya Public School

We are located right behind the Punjab National Bank in Lodhi Colony, at flat number 8/557. It is a bit of an unusual spot for a school, being in a flat, but Gyanodaya Public School has made it work for years. Lodhi Colony is a nice area, but we are not in one of those huge buildings. We have a few rooms that we have turned into classrooms. It is a bit tight when everyone is here at once. You can hear the sounds from the bank and the street, but it becomes background noise after a while. The walls are a bit thin, so you can sometimes hear the lesson going on in the room next door. We do not have a big yard or a playground. The kids usually just hang out in the hallway or the small space outside the door during their breaks. It is a very grounded place. We do not have fancy furniture, just the basic stuff that gets the job done. The teachers are local people who just want to help out. We have a lot of old books stacked up in the corners. It is a bit cluttered, to be honest. But it is a school that belongs to this neighborhood. Most people find us by word of mouth from their neighbors. We do not really do the whole corporate thing. It is just us, doing what we do every day.
