Gyan Jyoti Convent School

Our school, Gyan Jyoti Convent School, is located on Vikas Marg in Delhi. This is a very busy road, so there is always a lot of traffic and noise outside our doors. We are in the 110092 zip code area, which is a central spot for many families. The school building has been here for a while, and it has seen many groups of students pass through. We have several floors, and the stairs get a lot of use every day. It’s a simple place without much decoration. We think it’s better to focus on the classes than on how the building looks from the outside. The rooms are filled with desks and chairs that have been used by many kids over the years. We have a small staff who handles everything from the front desk to the cleaning. Life on Vikas Marg is fast, but inside the school, we try to keep a steady pace so the children can actually learn something. We follow the standard curriculum that most schools in Delhi use. During the winter, it gets a bit chilly in the halls, but the classrooms stay okay once they are full of people. We don't have a big sign or anything like that, just our name on the wall. Parents usually know us because they live in the nearby blocks or work close by. It’s just a regular school doing its job every day. We don't make big promises, we just show up and teach the kids what they need to know.
