About Gyan Ganga Public School – Education in New Delhi
Our school is on the second floor of a building in Village Moti Bag, specifically at 44/1. Satya Niketan is right across the way, so there are always lots of college students and people hanging around the cafes nearby. To get to us, you have to walk up two flights of stairs that are a bit steep and narrow. It’s a good workout for everyone involved. Being on the second floor means we get a decent breeze when the windows are open, which really helps with the Delhi heat in the summer months. The 110021 area is always buzzing with energy. Since we are in the village area, the streets are quite narrow and parking is almost impossible for cars. Most people just walk or take a rickshaw to get here. The rooms are a bit small, but they get a lot of light in the early morning. We have a small staff room where we keep all our records and grab a quick lunch during the break. It’s a practical setup for what we need. We don't have any fancy technology or big labs, just benches, boards, and books. Sometimes the noise from the street below gets a bit loud, especially when there’s a festival or a wedding procession passing through the lane. We just carry on with our work. It’s a very grounded place, just a regular school trying to help the local kids in the neighborhood.
