Gurukul St. Urriya Baba Public School

We are located on the second floor of Shop Number 244 in Rohini Sector 9. It’s a pretty standard building for this part of Delhi. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of a climb every morning, but it’s fine once you get used to it. The school is right in the middle of a lot of other shops and businesses, so there is always noise from the street below. You can hear the cars honking and people talking while the kids are in their classes. We have a few rooms set up for the different age groups. It’s not a massive campus with a big field, so we have to use the space we have as best as we can. The walls are covered with stuff the kids have made over the months. Sometimes the hallway gets a bit narrow when everyone is moving between rooms at the same time. We’ve been in Rohini for a while now, and most of the parents live just a few blocks away. They usually just walk their kids over or drop them off on a scooter. It’s a local operation, nothing too fancy or complicated. We just focus on the daily lessons and making sure the kids stay on track with their books. On rainy days, the stairs can get a bit slippery, so we have to remind everyone to watch their step. It's just a simple school doing its thing every day.
