Guru Hargobind Public School

Guru Hargobind Public School is situated at A-297 in Majlis Park which is part of the Adarsh Nagar area. It is a residential neighborhood so we have houses all around us. The school has been part of Majlis Park for a good while now and many of the local families send their children to us. The school building is simple and we try to keep it clean and welcoming for the students who come in every morning. It is a typical Delhi school where space is a bit tight but we make the most of every corner we have. The morning assembly is held in the small courtyard and you can hear the kids singing their prayers from the street. We don't have any fancy technology or air-conditioned rooms but we have good teachers who care about what they do. The 1100033 area is a busy place and our school is like a small quiet island in the middle of it all. We have seen the neighborhood change over the years but the school remains pretty much the same. Parents often drop by to talk to us about their children's progress or just to see how things are going. We just try to keep things straightforward and practical. There are no big promises or marketing gimmicks here. We just open our doors every day and do our best to teach the kids who come through them. It is a steady routine that we have followed for a long time.
