Green Revolution/M L Khanna & Co

Our office is located at 74 Janpath, which is one of those spots in Delhi that everyone has walked past at least once. We go by a couple of names, Green Revolution and M L Khanna & Co, but it’s all the same group of us working here. Being on Janpath means there’s always something happening outside the door, from tourists to local shoppers. Inside, it’s a bit more focused. We’ve been in this building for a long time, and the rooms have that high-ceiling, old-Delhi feel to them. We deal with various things, often related to agriculture or consultancy, depending on who’s asking. It’s a mix of old wooden furniture and stacks of files that have been around for years. We aren't the type to have a modern, minimalist office. We like the clutter; it feels like real work is happening. The staff here is small, and we mostly know our regular visitors by name. We spend our days answering letters, making calls, and keeping the books in order. Sometimes the overhead fans are the only things you can hear during a quiet afternoon, though quiet times are rare on Janpath. We don’t put on any acts for people who come in. We’re just a local firm doing our bit in a very famous part of town. It’s a steady life, and we wouldn't want to be anywhere else but right here in the middle of it.
