Grand Meridian School

Grand Meridian School is situated in the Old Rajender Nagar Market at number 77. We are actually up on the 2nd floor, so you have to walk up the stairs past the shops to get to us. Being in a market area in Delhi 110060 means there is always something going on downstairs—vendors calling out, people shopping, and a lot of general chaos. Our space is a bit compact because of the location, but we’ve managed to fit in several classrooms and a small area for the staff. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going as much as we can. The noise from the street below filters in, but the students are pretty good at ignoring it when they are focused on their work. We have been in this spot for a while, and the floors show a bit of wear and tear, but it’s a solid building. We don't have fancy lobbies or big signs, just a door that leads to where the learning happens. Parents usually drop by after doing their shopping to pick up their kids or talk to a teacher. We keep the books on some metal shelves in the corner, and there is always a stack of papers waiting to be graded. It is a busy, practical kind of school that fits right into the middle of the market life. We just stay busy and keep the classes running on time every day.
