Gracure Pharmaceutical Ltd is situated in the DLF Towers on Shivaji Marg. This is right in the Najafgarh Industrial Area, so the whole vibe around here is very work-focused. It is a big area with lots of industrial units and warehouses. Being in the DLF Towers gives us a bit of a structured environment, which is helpful for staying organized. The Najafgarh road is always busy with heavy vehicles and people commuting to work. We spend our days in the office, which has enough room for everyone to do their job without bumping into each other too much. It is not a place with a lot of decorations; we just have what we need to stay productive. The industrial area can be quite dusty and loud, but inside the tower, it is a bit more controlled. We have a view of the other buildings and the busy streets below. Lunchtime usually involves grabbing something from the local stalls nearby or just eating at our desks if we are too busy. There is a lot of movement in and out of the Najafgarh Industrial Area every day, and we are just one part of that big machine. We focus on our paperwork and the logistics of what we do. It is a long day sometimes, especially with the commute through the thick Delhi traffic, but we are used to the grind. It is just where we work.
