There are a lot of trucks moving in and out of Phase 3 at all hours. Our building at 236 is a sturdy place designed for work. We have a lot of floor space which is necessary for the kind of volume we deal with. It can get pretty hot in the afternoons because the sun hits the industrial roofing, but we have some heavy-duty cooling units that usually keep it okay for everyone working. The staff here mostly wears comfortable clothes because there is a lot of walking back and forth between the office and the storage sections. It’s not about looking polished; it’s about getting the orders out on time. We don't have fancy receptionists or a lounge for visitors. If you come by, you’ll probably see someone on a forklift or someone else checking a clipboard near the loading dock. Copernicus Marg is a busy road, so getting into the estate can be a bit of a wait during shift changes. We have a small area where we eat lunch together and talk about things other than pharma. It’s a straightforward, hardworking environment. We’ve been part of this Industrial Estate for quite a while and the routine doesn't change much. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every day until the lights go out.
