Zydus Bsv Pharma Pvt Ltd is situated in Okhla, near the Acz Matoda area. This part of Okhla is pretty much what you would expect from an industrial zone. It’s full of buildings that all look somewhat similar, and there are always people moving about with purpose. Our place is no different. We spend the bulk of our time inside, managing the stock and keeping the records straight. There is always a faint smell of cardboard and maybe some cleaning supplies in the air. The office part is just a few desks shoved into a corner where the light is better. We deal with a lot of different pharmaceutical items, so we have to be careful with how things are stacked on the shelves. It’s not the kind of place where you’d find a lot of decorations on the walls. We have a calendar, some clocks, and the necessary permits pinned up. Outside, the road can get pretty congested with trucks and workers, so we try to get our loading done early when possible. It’s just us here, a small team trying to keep up with the demand and making sure we don't lose track of anything. We don’t talk much about goals or visions; we just talk about what needs to be delivered by the end of the shift. It’s honest work in a busy part of the city, and we just keep at it day after day.
