Our business, Rivpra Formulation Pvt Ltd, is over at Plot No 5 near the Yamuna Sports Complex in Anand Parbat. It is right across from Yojana Vihar, so there is always a lot of activity around us. The area has a lot of small factories and workshops, and we have been part of this community for a long time. Our building is a simple structure made for work, not for show. Inside, the air sometimes smells of the different things we are formulating. We have various vats and scales and mixing tools scattered around. It is not a place for someone in clean clothes to hang out for long. We spend our hours making sure the batches are done right. It can be loud when all the machines are running, but we are used to it by now. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters. We just have a few workers who know their jobs well. The tea man comes by twice a day, and that is usually when we take our only breaks. The floors are a bit cracked in places, and the paint is peeling near the ceiling, but everything that matters is in good shape. We stay focused on the work we have to finish by the weekend. It is a hard-working place with no room for anything that isn't practical. We just keep going day after day.
