We are located at 43, Vasant Lok, in the Vasant Vihar area. Grace & Glamour (I) Pvt. Ltd. has been around this neighborhood for a while. Even though the name sounds a bit fancy, we are actually a pretty down-to-earth group. Our office is in a good spot because there are lots of shops and places to eat nearby. It makes lunch breaks much better. We do a lot of work related to the beauty and fashion industry, but the day-to-day is mostly emails, phone calls, and looking at spreadsheets. It's not as glamorous as people think. The office is a bit cluttered with magazines and product samples. We try to keep it tidy, but it's hard when you're busy. We have a small team and we’ve all known each other for a long time. Vasant Lok is a lively place, so there’s always something happening outside our window. Sometimes we get distracted by the crowds, but we usually get our work done. We don't really have a big corporate hierarchy. Everyone just chips in where they are needed. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Delhi. We just want to do our jobs well and keep our clients happy. It’s a practical way to run things. Sometimes the internet is slow or the printer jams, but we just deal with it and move on. We just stay focused on the work at hand.
