About Govt Mamawii Higher Secondary School – Education in New Delhi
The school is right here at Gate No. 4 in Sarita Vihar. It’s been part of this Delhi neighborhood for quite a while now. We deal with older students mostly since it’s a higher secondary setup. The building isn't brand new or anything, but it works for what the kids need every day. Classes start early in the morning, and the hallway gets pretty loud when the bell rings. Most of the staff live nearby or commute from other parts of Delhi. We spend a lot of time just keeping things running, fixing desks, and making sure the blackboards are clean. It’s a government place, so there’s a lot of paperwork always piled up on the desks. Parents come in and out through the gate to check on their kids' progress or drop off lunch boxes they forgot. Sarita Vihar is a busy area, so there’s always noise from the street coming in through the windows. We don't have fancy gyms or anything, just the basic rooms and a bit of space for the kids to hang out during their break time. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just open the windows wider to get a breeze. It’s just a normal school doing what schools do. We’ve seen a lot of batches pass through these doors over the years. Some of the old students even come back to say hello sometimes. It’s just how things go here at Govt Mamawii Higher Secondary School.
