Govt High School Gour B

Our school is situated in Dwarka Sector 13. It’s one of those parts of Delhi that feels a bit more planned out, though it still gets crowded. Govt High School Gour B has been around here for a while, serving the local families. We don’t have a huge staff, so everyone chips in with whatever needs doing. Sometimes the teachers are also helping with the clerical work. The building itself is quite plain. We have rows of benches and blackboards that have seen many years of use. It’s not the kind of place you’d find in a magazine. We just focus on the curriculum and making sure the kids learn what they need for their exams. During the breaks, the noise levels go way up, which is expected. We’re near some of the local markets, so there’s always a bit of background hum from the street. We don’t spend money on marketing or fancy signs. People find out about us through word of mouth. If someone is new to Sector 13, they usually ask a neighbor where the nearest govt school is. We keep the gates open during the designated hours and follow the standard calendar. There are always piles of textbooks and old files in the corners of the office. It’s just a normal, working school. We don’t try to be anything else. We just show up and do the work.
