Global Entrepreneurship Management Academy (Gema)

We are over in Vishwkarma Colony in Prahladpur. It's a busy area of New Delhi, and our building is right in the middle of it. Gema is basically a place where people come to learn about running a business. We have some classrooms and desks set up for students. It’s not a fancy university campus, just a practical setup where we teach what we know. The neighborhood is mostly working-class, so there’s always a lot of activity outside our doors. We spend our days going over notes, talking to students, and trying to keep the computers working. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we get it fixed eventually. It’s a local operation, and we know most of the people who walk in by name. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. We just focus on the lessons and making sure everyone understands the material. The rooms can get a bit crowded when a new session starts, but we manage. Being in Prahladpur means it's easy for people to reach us by bus or rickshaw. We started this because there seemed to be a need for it in this part of town. We aren't trying to change the world, just helping folks figure out how to manage their own projects or shops. It’s honest work and keeps us busy from morning till evening. We’ve seen many students go on to open their own small stalls or offices nearby.
