Giving Tuitions

If you live around Sarita Vihar in New Delhi, you probably know how Pocket-M looks. We are right there at 124-B. It is basically just a home where we do tuitions for the kids in the neighborhood. It started off because a few neighbors asked for help with schoolwork, and it just grew from there. We don't have a big classroom or fancy whiteboards everywhere. It's mostly just sitting around the table and going over math or science problems until they finally make sense. Living and working in Sarita Vihar is nice because everything is close by. The kids just walk over after their school bus drops them off. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when everyone is talking at once, but that is part of learning, I guess. We don't have any big marketing plan or anything. People just hear about us from other parents at the park or the grocery store. It’s just Giving Tuitions, nothing more and nothing less. We spend our afternoons and evenings here making sure the homework gets done and the exams don't feel so scary. It's a very local thing. We know the families and they know us. There is no corporate vibe here at all. It is just a small place in a quiet pocket of Delhi where we try to help out with studies as much as we can every single day. The tea is usually on the stove and the books are always out on the table.
