Okhla Phase-2 is a heavy industrial area, and we are right in the middle of it at T- 41. Ginger Exports has been operating from here for a while, and we’ve gotten used to the constant sound of trucks and machinery from the surrounding units. Our office is a bit rugged, as you’d expect for this part of town. The door is heavy iron, and the floors are plain concrete. We have a large desk where most of the planning happens and a small corner for storing the things we need to ship out. It’s often quite dusty because of all the construction and traffic nearby, so we spend a lot of time cleaning off our monitors. The team here is small, and we don't follow a strict corporate schedule. We stay until the work is finished, whether that’s early or late. We usually order lunch from a small place down the road that makes great parathas. There’s no big sign outside, just a simple place where we get on with our tasks. Dealing with exports means we are always looking at clocks and calendars to make sure we don't miss any deadlines. It’s a lot of pressure sometimes, but we’ve learned how to handle it over the years. We aren't interested in fancy office furniture or decorations. We just need a space that works as hard as we do.
