We’ve been based here at 15/3 on Mahatma Gandhi Marg for a while now. Most days it’s just us figuring out how to balance the farming side with the estate work. People around here know the building, it’s easy enough to find if you’re coming from the main crossing. Gaurav Agritech And Estates Llp isn't a huge operation, just a few of us trying to make sense of the land we manage. Sometimes the phones don’t stop ringing, usually about a plot of land or someone asking about crop yields for the season. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and old records. It gets dusty in the back room where we keep the files. We don’t have fancy uniforms or a lobby with coffee machines. It’s more of a place where you sit down, have some tea, and talk about what needs doing on the farm. The Mahatma Gandhi Marg area gets busy in the afternoons, so we usually try to get our site visits done early. It’s a bit of a juggle, honestly. One day it’s soil samples and the next it’s dealing with property boundaries. We just do the work as it comes. It’s not always organized perfectly, but we know where everything is. The neighbors sometimes pop in just to say hello. We’ve grown used to the noise of the street outside. It’s just how things are for us here.
