Gauma Apparels International (Opc)Private Limited

We’ve been based out of Okhla Industrial Area Phase-1 for a while now. Our place is on the first floor of the A-13 building. If you know South Delhi, you know how busy this part of town gets during the day. Most of our time here at Gauma Apparels is spent dealing with heaps of fabric and different clothing samples that pile up on the tables. It is a bit messy sometimes, but that’s just how the apparel business works when you’re actually getting things done. We have a few machines running and people always coming in and out to check on production runs. The traffic around Okhla can be a real headache in the evenings, but it's a good spot because everything we need is close by. We handle the manufacturing side of things here mostly. It’s not a fancy office with big glass windows or anything like that. It’s a practical space where we spend most of our daylight hours. Usually, we are just busy making sure the orders are moving along and the stitching is okay. We drink a lot of chai to keep going when the deadlines get tight. Sometimes the power goes out or the elevator is slow, so we just use the stairs. It’s a normal work life here in the industrial belt. We focus on the garments and trying to keep the workspace organized enough to find the scissors when we need them. It's just us doing our job.
