Freshers

Freshers is currently operating out of Okhla in Delhi. We are located care of Afaque Manjar at the Ibm India site there. It is a busy industrial and commercial hub, so there is always a lot of energy around us. Even though we are in a big area like Okhla, our actual operation is quite small and focused. We have a modest space where we handle all the Freshers business. It is mostly just desks and computers, with a small area for taking breaks. Delhi heat can be tough in this part of town, but we have our fans and coolers going all day. We started this because we wanted to be in the middle of the action in Okhla. It is a practical location for us. We are not trying to be fancy or look like a big corporation. We just do our work and try to stay on top of everything. Some days are stressful when the traffic in Okhla gets bad, but we usually just stay late to finish what we started. It is a very straightforward way of working. There are no big meetings or long speeches. We just talk to each other across the room and get things sorted. It is a bit messy sometimes with papers everywhere, but we know where everything is. This is just how we operate, and it works for us every day.
