Fresh N Crisp

We are based out of B 40 in the Jhilmil Industrial Area in Shahdara. Our name is Fresh N Crisp, and that pretty much tells you what we do. We make snacks. The whole building usually smells like oil and spices. It’s a small factory setup. We have a few machines that do the frying and the bagging. We started this because we liked the idea of making something people enjoy eating. It’s not a high-tech place. It’s mostly just people working on the production line, making sure the packets are sealed right. We spend a lot of time cleaning up at the end of every shift. Hygiene is a big deal for us even if the building looks a bit old from the outside. We get deliveries of flour and potatoes every morning. The trucks have a hard time navigating the narrow lanes around here, but they manage. Our staff lives nearby for the most part. We aren't a big brand you see on TV. We mostly supply to local shops and small distributors. It’s hard work, especially when the weather is hot, but we like what we do. We’ve been at this B 40 spot for a while now and the neighbors know us by the smell of our snacks. We just keep doing our thing and hope people keep buying our packets from the local corner stores. It is a simple life of making food and making sure the packets are full.
