Foodley Masala Private Limited

Our place is located at D-5 in the 1st Moti Bagh Railway Quarters, specifically Block D. It’s an interesting spot for Foodley Masala Private Limited because you can hear the trains every now and then. We have a modest setup where we handle all our masala blending and packing. The rooms aren't very large, so we have to be smart about where we stack the boxes. Most days involve a lot of scooping and weighing. We use simple tools and try to keep things moving along. The walls are painted a plain off-white and there’s always a fine layer of spice dust on the windowsills. We’ve got a small desk tucked into the corner for the computer and the phone. It’s usually just a couple of us here working. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. People who come by usually just walk straight into the work area. The railway quarters have a specific feel to them, and we’ve become part of the local routine. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit and we just wait it out. It’s not a corporate environment at all. It’s just a group of people working with spices in a space that serves us well. We put the bags in crates and wait for the van to pick them up in the afternoon. We have an old radio that stays tuned to the local station all day long. It's nothing special, just our little corner where we do our business.
