Our place is A-32 in Phase-I of the Naraina Industrial Area. If you’ve ever been to Naraina, you know it’s a maze of workshops and factories. We fit right in. We work on packaging machinery and engineering parts. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and noisy testing. The shop floor is the heart of everything we do. We have some office space too, but it’s mostly for the technical drawings and the billing. It’s a dusty environment, no matter how much we clean, but that’s the nature of being in an industrial zone. We have workers who have been with us for over a decade, and they know the machines better than anyone. We don't bother with fancy brochures or polished presentations. People usually find us because they need something fixed or built. We have a tea break in the afternoon that everyone looks forward to. The power goes out occasionally, and we just use that time to grab a snack or chat until it comes back on. We aren't a massive corporation, just a solid engineering firm doing what we know how to do. The trucks come in and out all day, and there’s always a bit of chaos with the loading. But by the end of the shift, we usually have everything sorted out. It’s a good, honest day’s work.
