Factum India Turnaround Services Llp is right in the heart of the Greater Kailash-2 main market. We are located at M-17 on the 4th floor. Being in the market is great for lunch options, but it can be quite noisy with all the traffic and shoppers down below. If the elevator is acting up, the walk to the 4th floor can be a bit tiring, but we are used to it by now. We do turnaround services, which basically means we help out businesses that are going through a rough patch. It is busy work and the office often looks like it. There are papers everywhere, notes on the whiteboards, and plenty of empty coffee cups. We don't have a fancy reception desk or a bunch of people in suits. Most of the time we are just in our regular clothes, hunched over our laptops trying to solve some problem. The view from our windows looks out over the whole market area, which is pretty cool in the evenings when the lights come on. We’ve been at this GK-2 location for a while. It’s a hectic place to work but it keeps us on our toes. We don’t do any fancy marketing; we just sit here and do the work that comes our way. It’s just a functional office in a very busy part of South Delhi.
