Exactitude Foods and Beverages. We are located at 34/13 in West Patel Nagar. It's on the ground floor of Block 34. The name is a bit long to say, but we just stick with it. It’s a busy part of Central Delhi. There are always people walking past the door. We deal with all kinds of food and drink items. Most of our work is keeping track of what comes in and what goes out. The shop isn't very large, so we have to stack things carefully. It can get quite dusty because the road is so close. We spend a lot of time checking lists and talking to the delivery guys. It's not a glamorous job. We have a small desk and a couple of chairs for when we need to sit down. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to sit in the dark for a while. We don't have any big signs or fancy lighting. Just a regular place where we do our business. The neighborhood is full of other shops, so it’s never quiet. We have our tea from the stall around the corner. We've been here for some time now and know the local rhythms. It’s just us trying to keep things organized and moving. We don't have a big marketing strategy. We just show up every morning and open the shutters. It is a straightforward way to make a living.
