Encoders India

Our place is over here in Khanpur, specifically at A-116 in Jawahar Park. If you know Devli Road, you know it gets pretty packed around here, especially in the afternoons. We've been operating Encoders India from this spot for a while now. It’s not a huge fancy office or anything, just a practical space where we get our work done. Most days it’s just us handling the day-to-day things that come up with the business. New Delhi is a fast place, and being in a spot like this keeps us busy. We don't really do the whole big corporate thing with the glass buildings. It’s more of a local feel here. We focus on the technical side of what we do, making sure the encoders and the parts are sorted out for whoever needs them. Sometimes the traffic on Devli Road makes it hard for people to find us the first time, but once you see the sign near the park, it’s easy enough. We just keep our heads down and work. It’s a lot of manual checking and making sure things are right. People in the neighborhood know us, and we like it that way. No big speeches or anything, just a bunch of guys working in Khanpur. The weather gets hot in the summer, but we’ve got the fans going and we stay productive. That’s pretty much the story of our little office here. We've been at it for a long time.
