Emrald

Emrald is over in the Jhilmil Industrial Area, specifically at B-12/5. It is a busy part of the city with a lot of manufacturing and workshops around us. If you drive through Jhilmil, you know it’s mostly about work and getting things moving. We’ve been set up here for some time now. The street can get a bit congested with trucks and delivery vans, but that’s expected in an industrial zone. Our building is just like the others on the block. We focus on our daily tasks and try to keep things organized. It’s not the kind of place you come for a quiet walk, but it’s where things get made. We have our regulars who know where we are. Dealing with the heat in the summer can be a challenge in these sheds, but we manage. Most of the guys here have been with us for years. We know the neighbors and the tea stall guys. It’s a practical environment. There isn't much room for fluff. We just get the orders sorted and out the door. Sometimes the machines are loud and the dust is everywhere. That’s just the nature of the area. We like the grit of Jhilmil. It feels like real work is happening every single hour of the day. We are just part of that grind. The tea vendor around the corner knows everyone's order by heart. We usually grab a cup during the afternoon. It is a no-nonsense kind of place where you just get on with it. We stay busy.
