Empros Ventures Private Limited is tucked away at F 223A on the ground floor in Laxmi Nagar. Being right by Mangal Bazar means it’s always lively outside. There’s a constant stream of people and the sound of the market is just part of our daily background music. Our office isn't very large, but being on the ground floor makes it easy for us to move things in and out. We don't have those fancy glass partitions or expensive carpets. It’s just a tiled floor, some sturdy desks, and our equipment. Laxmi Nagar is a crowded part of East Delhi, so space is tight, but we’ve managed to organize everything so we can work efficiently. We usually have a pot of coffee going, or someone brings in snacks from the market. It’s a very hands-on environment. We deal with the day-to-day operations of the venture without much ceremony. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when the market is in full swing, but that’s just the energy of the neighborhood. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us. It’s a good spot for a small business that just wants to get its work done without a lot of overhead. We focus on the tasks, keep our heads down, and try to make sure we don't lose any paperwork in the shuffle. It isn't always perfect, but we keep the wheels turning regardless of how hectic the street gets.
