It’s just us sitting at our desks, talking to people honestly about what they need to do. We spend a lot of time looking through different options for schools and colleges. The fans hum in the background and there is always the sound of traffic from the main road. It’s a practical environment. We don’t try to dress things up. If we don’t have an answer, we say so and then try to find it. The neighborhood has a lot of energy, and we definitely feel that in the office. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and we’ve seen the area change around us. Despite all the changes, we just keep doing our thing, helping one person at a time without any big promises. It’s just a job for us, but we try to do it right. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but the work gets done anyway.
