You’ll find Iris Hightech Pvt. Ltd. on the second floor of A-34 in the Naraina Industrial Area Phase-II. Even though the address says P. O. Cochin, we’re right in the thick of the industrial zone. Getting up to the second floor is a bit of a workout since the elevator is often being used for heavy goods. Our space is filled with equipment and spare parts. It’s not the neatest place you’ll ever see, but it’s functional. We do a lot of technical work here. Sometimes we’re hunched over a workbench for hours trying to get a component to work. Other times we’re just sitting at the desks handling orders. It gets pretty loud with all the machinery running in the nearby units. We’ve been here for quite a while now. The windows are a bit grimy from the city air, and the floor has some stains from old projects. We don't mind it. It shows we actually do work here. We aren't much for fancy marketing or big promises. We just take the jobs as they come and try to get them finished on time. We’re a small team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. From answering the phone to packing boxes, we all pitch in. It’s just the way things are done at Iris Hightech.
