Iraa Technicom Pvt. Ltd. is based in Flat No. A101 at the Delhi State Apartment, which is on Plot No. 1 in Sector 19, Dwarka. It’s a bit of an unusual setup because we are working out of a residential complex, so it feels a lot more like a home than a stiff corporate office. When you come to the plot, you just have to find the A block. Being in Dwarka is pretty good for us because the metro is close and the area isn't as congested as the middle of Delhi. Inside the flat, we’ve turned the different rooms into our workspace. We do a lot of technical work here, mostly focusing on systems and communication projects. There is usually someone in the kitchen area making tea or grabbing a snack between tasks. Since it’s a private limited company, there is some paperwork to keep up with, but mostly we are just busy with the daily tech stuff. The neighbors have gotten used to us being around. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s a simple, quiet environment where we can just focus on the job. We don’t have any big signs or a fancy lobby, just our name on the door. Most of our work happens at these desks, and we stay pretty busy throughout the week and just try to keep things moving.
