We are located over in Karawal Nagar at Shakti Vihar, which is a pretty crowded part of New Delhi. Our office for Abb Ltd On Outsourcing is tucked away in 178/3J. If you know Dayalpur, you know how busy these streets can get with scooters and people everywhere. It’s a lively place, for sure. We focus mostly on the outsourcing side of the business here. The office is always buzzing because there’s always something to finish or a call to take. It’s not a huge space, but we make the most of it with desks crammed in where they fit. We don't have a lot of time for fancy talks or polished presentations. We just focus on getting the work out the door. The traffic outside can be a bit much, especially in the evenings, but we’re used to it by now. We usually order food from the local shops nearby for lunch. It’s a very grounded, busy atmosphere. We handle a lot of different tasks every day, so it never gets boring. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the flashiest office in Delhi, we just want to do our work properly and go home. It’s a straightforward operation where we value getting things right over looking important. This is just how we run things in this part of town.
