Durga Sweets Corner

Our shop, Durga Sweets Corner, is right in the heart of Sadarpur Colony in Sector 45. We have been making sweets for the neighborhood for a lot of years now. It is a family thing, with a few of us working in the back and someone always at the front counter. We make the usual stuff like laddoos and barfis, and we also do snacks like samosas when we have the time. The kitchen is always busy, especially in the mornings when we start fresh. Sadarpur Colony is a crowded place, but that is what makes it fun. There is always someone walking by or a group of kids coming in for a small treat. We do not have a big fancy storefront with lights. It is just a plain shop with glass cases for the food. We try to keep everything clean and the sweets fresh. During the festival seasons, things get really crazy and we barely have time to sit down. But the rest of the year is more relaxed. We have watched many of the local kids grow up and start bringing their own families here. Sector 45 is our home and we like serving the people here. We just focus on making food and keeping the business running. It is a lot of hard work and long hours, but we are used to it by now and it keeps us busy.
