Dr. mukesh Ortho & Trauma Centre

Our clinic is at 2374t/21a Mandi Extension in Narela. It’s a busy part of the city and we get a lot of walk-ins. Since we focus on ortho and trauma, we see a lot of broken bones and sudden injuries. It’s not unusual for someone to come in late at night with an emergency. The floors are easy to clean and the lights are bright. We have the X-ray machine right there so we don't have to send people elsewhere. Dr. Mukesh is usually around, checking on patients or in the middle of a procedure. The staff knows how to handle a crisis without getting too worked up. Narela is a tough area sometimes, and we see all sorts of cases. We don’t have a fancy waiting room with leather sofas. It’s just plastic chairs and a TV that’s usually on a news channel. People come here because they need help with their mobility. We fix things up and send them on their way with instructions. Sometimes we have to repeat those instructions a few times. We don't have a marketing person writing this. We just wanted to let people know where we are and what we do. It’s hard work and the days are long. But when someone walks out without their crutches, it feels like a good day’s work. We just keep the doors open and do our best every day.
