We are located in the Masoodpur area of Vasantkunj, New Delhi. The office is at B-13, which is right near the post office. We are currently operating out of a space cared for by Satvir Malik. The name on the documents is Dlf Laing O' Rourke India Ltd. Vasantkunj is a busy part of Delhi, but Masoodpur has its own local feel that is a bit different from the big malls nearby. Our office is a practical spot where we handle the coordination for several construction jobs in the capital. It is not a very big space, so it gets crowded quickly when the site supervisors come in for meetings. We have piles of drawings and ledgers everywhere. It’s a working office, not a place for showing off. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting at the computer dealing with the city authorities and suppliers. The location near the post office is handy for sending out the weekly reports. There is always a lot of noise from the street, but we are used to it by now. The team here is a mix of people who have been with the company for years and some newer faces. We don’t bother with much formality. Everyone just knows their job and gets it done.
