Din Sons Overseas

We are tucked away on the third floor of the Plaza Apartments in Qazi Wara, Darya Ganj. The address is 3032/6, and it’s a bit of a walk up, but we like the quiet once you get up there. Darya Ganj is an old part of the city, full of history and narrow streets, which gives our daily work a certain feel. At Din Sons Overseas, we handle a lot of international shipping, so there’s always a lot of paperwork and stamps involved. Our office has big windows that let in some light, though the view is mostly of other rooftops. We have a few old desks and a lot of filing cabinets that are probably overdue for a cleaning. We usually have a pot of tea going for anyone who stops by, whether it's a neighbor or a delivery person. It's not the kind of place you'd see in a magazine, but it’s comfortable for us. We don't use big words to describe what we do; we just move goods from one place to another and make sure the details are right. Dealing with the overseas side of things can be tricky with the time zones, so sometimes we are here at odd hours. It’s just us doing our bit in this busy part of Delhi, making sure everything stays on track.
