We know the other shop owners on the block and we often grab tea from the stall nearby. Our office is not tucked away in some shiny mall; it is right there in the heart of the community. We do not use big words to describe what we do. We just fix things and help people with their tech needs. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that is just life in Delhi. We have a lot of regular customers who have been coming to us since we first opened. We do not have a mission statement on the wall. We just have our tools and a desire to get the job done right. It is a simple life and a simple business. We are just here every day trying to make sure the systems work.
