Dhiman Motor Driving School

We have been running Dhiman Motor Driving School for a good number of years now right here in the Kalkaji Extension area. Our spot is at Plot No. 1352/13, which is basically just a stone's throw away from the Govind Puri Petrol Pump. Being so close to the petrol pump makes it easy for us to fuel up the cars before the morning shift starts. Delhi traffic is no joke, so we spend a lot of our day sitting in the passenger seat with our feet near the extra brake pedal. The office isn't anything fancy, just a desk and some chairs where we fill out forms and wait for students to show up. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside, but that is just part of living in this part of Delhi. We have a few different cars that we use for lessons. They aren't brand new, but they work fine and get the job done for someone who is just learning how to handle a steering wheel for the first time. Our instructors have seen it all, from people who are too scared to touch the gas to those who think they are racing drivers already. We just try to keep everyone calm and make sure they don't hit anything. It gets hot in the afternoons, especially in the summer, so we drink a lot of chai between sessions. People from around the neighborhood usually just walk in to ask about prices.
